Ron takes care of most of the engine maintainance. Ron adjusts valves, does the leak down tests, checks valve springs and assists in tuning the fuel injection.

Joe is the new kid on the block, but is quickly learning the ropes and lends a big helping hand when needed.

Brian is Frank's right hand man. Brian is a great wrench, but also assists Frank by overseeing all the pit and trailer duties. Brian takes care of the little details, so Frank can focus on reading the track and driving the wheels off the car.

Lori is the official scorer for the team. She gets the race lineups as well as timing Frank's laps versus the competition. She also take care of stocking the cooler each week and helps Frank with his safety equipment when enter and exiting the midget.

Frank's dad, Joe helps out by keeping the team upbeat at the track. Whenever we need a good laugh, Joe is there with the punchline. When he not asleep, he is Frank's biggest cheerleader!

Frank's mom. Kathy's maternal instinct doesn't stop with Frank. She takes care of everyone on the team and treats them like family. A very important team member as well as an inspirational figure for Frank.

Countless years of racing experience has made Chris one of the best wrenches around the pits. In adition to assisting Frank when called, Frank also trusts Chris with the coveted race setups as well as post race driving critiques.
